This is going to be a great informational post. We can reference it to see who has kept what and ask them questions on the care and habits of that particular species.

After writing them all down doesn't seem like I have kept as many as I thought. There's a species or two of cory catfish that I never really checked out and they always got eaten when I got the itch for a monster lol.

Considering how most of your catfish are monsters I'd say you've kept a good number lol.
I bought my flathead online but i catch the whites out of the Hudson river. If I get a small one next spring I'll ship him to you if you're still looking. Anything to help another catfish fanatic out.

tnx. Do you have a thread for the flathead or white catfish? I have never seen more than just pics of catches for whites. Trust me when i say I will definitely still be looking for a white catfish until I get one lol.
As for my list, most were monsters or were eaten by the monsters lol. Not that I mind keeping smaller catfish, just like everyone I love the big boys.
Where there's a will there's a way! When there's no way there's the bbq!!!!
At least that's how some on this site see it.
