Can I keep a red tailed catfish in a 20 gallon aquarium?

Well you might be able to by why waste that much space. It would be much happier in a bowl.

Why waste a good bowl? I keep all my red tails in red dixie cups. they have to be red though, fish don't do well in the blue ones for some reason.
