My vulture is finally acting like all the ones I have seen on the internet. He was only eating tiny bits until tonight. Not sure what made the change happen, but suddenly today when I throw some shrimp in he doesn't even wait on them to fall after they thaw on the top lol. He scooped up like 10 salad shrimp lightning quick. So I dump in more for the other fish in the tank and again he gobbles them all up. Now the fish looks like it might explode but finally left the other shrimp alone that I put in for the other fish lol. What a crazy fish to own. Makes me really scared he might get sick like other cats do when they over eat. Looks silly rolling on that huge belly on the bottom lol. Doesn't look like he wants to swim much with that big belly. Too tire to deal with pics so maybe tomorrow if he does it again.

Not the best pics ever, but good enough to show the belly morning after a big meal. I should have taken pics last night. It's belly was twice this size lol. It's just resting and digesting, but at this rate by this evening the belly will be back to normal.

One of the sweetest catfish I have ever owned!!! Here is what is in your native waters! What a line up!!! I am very jealous you can own many wonderful catfish I will never get a chance to lol.

So this wasn't as exciting as I thought it might be but cool non-the-less. lol at least he ate on cam!!! He ate way more than this just now with the lights out. Wonder if it's possible for a vulture catfish to eat themselves to death!!! lol looks close right now. I have to keep shoveling in pieces of shrimp until he stop eating so everyone else can eat.
