    40 breeder setup

so I picked up a 40 breeder that I would like to set up for a pair of hemichromis, either h. fasciatus or h. frempongi. Im sure many of you have seen jk47s set ups with the awesome 3d backgrounds and Id like to imitate something like this.(on a smaller level obviously). my questions are, could you recommend a good 3d background for a 40b? how would you recommend setting it up to hide all the equipment? and maybe a filter recommendation while we're here haha

    thanks guys

That was my first stop but I couldnt really find anything that had the right dimensions for a 40b (36x17)
http://www.gillsnfins.ca/aquaterra.php the rainforest background has dimensions 36x19 so maybe I could trim that to fit, anyone have experience with these?

edit: the top three have those dimensions, canyon rock, amazon tree and rainforest

im thinking eheim canister either 2213 or 2215, which do you think would be better for a pair of hemichromis frempongi, also I have a thread up in the market but does anyone know where to find some

Awesome! Can anybody explain to me why the 40 gallon breeder tanks are so popular? It seems like you hear about them over and over again for some reason?
