So some quick background: I got this fish from my uncle and he is in my 40G tank (he was in a similar sized tank and is either four or five years old).
He looks like some kind of Common Pleco but I was confused about his small size, he is only a few inches long. I've recently read that a few different kinds of Plecos are commonly labeled common pleco, but a few of the "common plecos" aren't the common plecos we love that get 1-2 feet long.
This first picture is from a few feet away, more to see him from far away compared to other things in the tank.
This next is a close up of his body.
Lastly, a close up of his head/face
I tired to get another one of the front of the face but it ran away.
I'm thinking it might be a female bushy nose, but have no idea.
