Kenfish.com eathworm stick how good is it, just purchase one pond of his earthworm sinking sticks for my callicthys callichtys, two featherfin, three spotted rahaeal and three striped rahaeal catfishes and one surviving blue gourami.

Why not just dig up some worms from your garden? Never tried them myself but earth worms in general are great.
i had a friend breed them in a 10 gallon tank......

They are a great fish food. There is a lot more then earthworms in them. Everything from my clown loaches to silver dollars to some of my rays will eat them. Been using earthworm sticks for over a year, the fish can't get enough of them.:D

Here is their list directly from their site.

Ingredients: white fish meal, fish protein concentrate, wheat flour, soy flour, gluten, dried brewer's yeast, frozen baby brine shrimp, plankton, shrimp, krill powder mix, earthworms, kelp meal, dried spirulina, fish oil, lecithin. The following vitamins/mineral supplements a, d-3, b1, b12, choline hcl, & biotin methionine. Vegetable protein. Thiamine (source of vitamin b1). Asorbic acid (source of vitamin c). Guaranteed analysis: crude protein 45.0% min., crude fat 4.1% min., crude fiber 4.2% max., moisture 8.2% max. All natural ingredients, except for some artificial coloring. No preservatives.

its one of my fish's favorite foods, a top choice over shrimp pellets. Ive even gotten picky eels to take a few
