Looking to purchase marmoratus or brevifilis. I can not find info on tank mates anywhere. Why is info on this amazingly cool looking fish so scarce?

I think the rule is rather general for driftwood cats: if it fits in their mouth (girthwise), it's a risk. But especially with these guys who are more active hunters/chasers and whose mouth is relatively large... for a good reason.

They are not commonly available, it would seem.

You can choose to contact these keepers (off of PCF page - http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog...species_id=680)

    (1) amiidae, (2) Altifrons (p: 2), (3) amazonfishman, (4) MilkMan, (5) hockeydude9819 (p: 2), (6) Industrial (k: 2), who also notes: "My fish show no boundaries as to what is considered food. Mine ate angelfish half it's size as well as predatory characins 3/4 it's length.", (7) Steve GT, (8) kp90, (9) arapaimag (k: 3)...

or post your questions there too - there are more than several active keepers there and there are great experts too on woodcats.

I have two marmoratus in stock currently, they are large ~ 12" so you will need a good sized tank to keep these.
