It all depends on:
1 if this is a reputable seller and will be good to do business with
2 if your ok with and able to replace the glass, as well as shell out the money to do so

You could put a patch on it easily and put that side towards the back. With a little creative decoration, you'd be the only one that knows it's busted. I wouldn't consider replacing the whole side. Too expensive and unless your're an expert glazier, chances are, it may never be right.

Looks like an awesome deal, if I were you I just wouldn't fill it all the way, put the crack to the back and throw in a canister filter or two!

If you don't mind an ugly tank, then you would be better off spending the money on a nice tub or something.
There are also a LOT of unbroken tanks in that price range. Sorry, but it's not a "beauty."
