I need help, when I woke up this morning I found my gar in a vertical position, I tried to turn him but it goes back to that position, now it's on the floor upside down. I don't now what happened. )=

I don't have a test kit for parameters but I do partial water changes every 3 days. It doesn't have any tankmates, it's alone.
