FedEx has me so mad right now

I've been waiting for a week on 500 bucks worth of stuff I ordered. FedEx shows it on my door step, not there. My neighbor, who I trust, says they have not been here this morning. Why would they not require a signature, makes me sick thinking I spent that much money for them to just toss it on a door step, and most likely the wrong one at that.

No livestock involved, however my tank is sitting in wait for its filter and refugium, already have the water in it and mixed, plus a few hermit crabs. I've got a filter on it for the time being but it's seriously underrated for the tank. From what I gathered in my calls with them they basically go on the drivers word that he delivered it. So in order to get them to pay for it or fix it, they driver had to admit to his mistake.
