Tank is a 100g discus community tank with firemouths, discus, parrot fish, gobies, sickly injured synodontis cat, cuckoo catfishes, petricola cat, hatchetfish, plants in every conceivable nook and cranny from here to to Mars plus round trip airfare to Venezuela.

New additions for this tank only include an EXTREMELY stressed out angelfish that is shooting across the tank spastically running into things and having seizures and heart attacks. This cichlid i dont remember the name, it was dirt cheap and healthy as can be, and a pertty jewel cichlid.

It should be fine. I really doubt if anything leached off the tape in 30 min.
If you're worried about your new fish you could you could do a small maybe 10 percent wc to reduce the concentration of anything that may have leached.
