My last male Boesemani died yesterday. Currently in my 40 I have 2 female Boesemani, and a male Lake Kutubu Rainbowfish, along with guppies, Harlequin Rasboras and a SAE. I don't want to stress the rainbows buy keeping them in a small group. My LFS is moving locations on Monday, so my friend the owner is going to give me a deal on a juvie red rainbow. Originally I was going to look for another Turquiose, but I've always wanted a red, and he doesn't have any turquiouse in stock now anyway. Do you think mixing the species would be fine. I'm not worried about hybrids (no babies ever survive in the tank, including the guppies because the strong current from the filter, and other fish)
