hi guys ...

some times i have this white spots on the glass of the tank and some one told me thats a Chlorine cuz i don't put a anti-Chlorine

and i want to know how true is that

In air, at a concentration that is visible, chlorine is a greenish gas, it is invisible at the concentration used by water providers.
And those dots are not ich.
