Stableness question

Are most it dats stable when they are hungary and not stable when they are full. During my starvation periods in an attempt to pellet train. It seems stable. But when I cave and feed it what it wants after it eats it just hides behind my overflow almost brown in color

there are quite a few topics on this forum discussing stability, try doing a search on this forum.... my IT's, AT, and NGT are almost always stable, my NTT's are usually very light in color, and dont show off their bands unless they are feeding .... nobody really knows what makes a dat more or less stable, but there are some informative discussions around and some are in the last few months

I've HEARD that they are more stable when slightly stressed. It sounds weird, but my IT kinda confirms it. When I'm digging around in the tank and stuff his bars show a lot more.
