What kind supermarket shrimp is best to feed fishes?

I have fed both. But you always have to take the tails off.. when my fish are smaller and I have to cut the shrimp into smaller pieces I will buy the shrimp without shells and tails, when they get big enough to take a half shrimp at a time I buy the regular shrimp.. rip the tail off rip it in half and toss it in with the shells

Some here even question the benefits of feeding market shrimp,claiming there is not much nutrition in them to begin with and that they are loaded with salt...If that is true then using the cooked kind is like giving them filler,pretty much...I have always used raw shrimp for my fish and some of them take it with the shell on.
