What plants are in your planted tank

Looking to add plants to my 200 gallon, I want some grass like plants ( thinking dwarf hair grass) maybe some moss but I need some taller ones too looking for ideas thanks all

Oh its a sand substrate

Because I have cichlids, I need very tough, bad tasting plants
anubias, this one is about 15" tall

java fern, same size as the anubias above

I have Java ferns, amazon swords and anubias in my tank. Only things that are robust and bad-tasting enough for my giant gourami. I also have pothos on top of my tanks with roots submerged in the water.

Rachel.Cody, OP is using a sand substrate, which means hairgrass and that would be hard to grow... especially without Co2 and some ferts...
