+1 with an addition. Reactors are used to replenish and remove. There are a few different kinds of reactors that you can use. A calcium reactor adds calcium to the water. A phosphate reactor removes phosphate from the water. There are more reactors out there like GFO or carbon. It's just another type of filtration.
