Drop eye, to the extreme

Several factors can cause it like:
-Having a big Catfish underneath her, she is scared always looking down and gets down eye.
-Having to get food from the bottom
-Some aquarium lights
-Bare bottom aquariums or even her seeing her own reflex

I am saying this from what I read around her and experience, share some opinions if you have any.
Also that looks pretty bad, mine only has it on one side..

Luckily my 14 incher doesnt have ot yet but dang... Ita on the other one too. Normally mine knows when my hands over the tank its feedinh time and i drop it right infront of him so he dont have to chase it down but sometimes he does after the peice that i drop down to the ck and i know it doesnt happen overnight but i always think about it lol.
