Hello Everyone,
I found out a few days ago I was accepted to the University of Hawaii to finish off my post-doctorate. As a surfer, fisherman, fish keeper and ichthyologist I am excited to move to the islands.
So is anyone able to update me on regulation as far as keeping fish in Hawaii? I have heard that there are some stricter regulations there and I can understand why. Out of the 86 identified freshwater species 5, just 5 are native.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some good LFS in the Honolulu area?
I will be leaving my current tanks to my roommate, but I would like to start a new tank.
Thanks,
Cray
