Im not sure what smog youre talking about, I can only see green from medication. What med did you add and how long ago? White cloudiness generally means the tank may be cycling. How long has your tank been established, have you changed/cleaned your filter media, and have you recently added fish?

How long has tank been running?
Last water change?
Last filter change?

What medication?
Did you remove the carbon from the filter when you medicated?

Changed 50% of water today. No good result
Bought new filters today but haven't put them in due to meds.
No carbon in filter
And the med is anti fungal stuff from petco

You should try not housing 20 dead minnows in it. Any dead fish in a tank will cause it to turn dirty over a period of time. It also sounds like you keep playing with the tank......dont (sucks)

I crash at the K-Pg
Moved to setup/filtration.

Do a water test and let us know what the NO2, NO3 and ammonia readings are. PH too. That, combined with all the stuff that the other folks asked about, will give us enough information to be able to help you.

Honestly, I have a pile of concerns - one of them being what that tank is sitting on, it looks like it's too small, and there is quite a bit of tank hanging over the edge on either side.
In addition, it's quite possible that the tank hasn't been running for very long, but also the fact that you have had to add an anti-fungal to the tank already is concerning.

So..
1) How big is the tank
2) What do you have in it fish wise
3) Can you find something better to put the tank on so it's not hanging over the edge of a table
4) How long has the tank been up and running
5) What are your readings for nitrate, nitrite, ammonia & PH
6) How often, and how much water do you change
7) Why did you need to add the anti-fungal
