I'm making an overflow for my 75 I have the basic construction down but curious on what PVC cement to use. I was looking at oatey PVC cement but not sure if its fish. Can I use this or is there another I can use?

The oatey pvc glue and primer set is exactly what you want. As long as the glue is rated for potable water (drinking) then your good to go.

This is the same type of glue that is used on the plumbing in your house.
