Hello world!
I have been lurking in these forums for a while and thought I would share my latest project. I just installed a 180 gallon and am loving it (so are my fish) I am only keeping two Oscars in this setup and I'd like to get some stocking ideas. The tank looks a little bare right now but I'm in the process of soaking my driftwood and cleaning a few pieces of slate. My wife is also in charge of some of the decor and being 18 weeks pregnant is lagging a bit

Setup -
- Housing
- 180G Rectangle
- Pine Stand and Canopy
- Filtration
- 2x Fluval FX6 Canister Filters
- Lighting
- T5 HO 36' dual ballasts. In the pic below only one is turned on, I am waiting on the bulbs for the other.
Fish -
- 4x Tiger Oscars (Yes I know too many they are juvis now and hope two will pair up and I'll rehome the other two)
- 4x Tiger Barbs - I have a feeling once my Oscars get much bigger they wont be around for very long
- 1x African Knife - Cool fish
- 2x Cichlid Peacocks
- 1x Common Pleco
