Where do you have cyanobacteria growing?

I also wonder what causes this... I live a town over from you (Marlton) and wonder if it's something in our water supply because I never had this problem until a year ago. Now this stuff covers everything in my 36 gallon.

I pull it out by hand, which is a pain but it's effective, and do huge waterchanges. Seems to keep it in check, but I didn't have to be this aggressive 5 years ago.

It's not in any of my other tanks just the big one its wearied its soo gross and smelly If the pump is off for too long my room has a horrible stench I did pull it out by net
