I have a 4 large pbass and a 17 inch dat......in a well filtered 180 but moving into a 300gallon in the next 2 weeks once in a while the fish will chase each other and periodically hit the glass loud enough to get my attention......has anyone ever have or heard of a tank busting from the force of the fish alone......ive removed most of the driftwood

I've been told a rt broke the tank from headbutting constant , yet to see evidence though ;)

All I got to say is the term tankbuster doesn't exist for no reason. I'm pretty sure at some point large fish have cracked a tank

My old 15 inch wolffish has cracked my acrylic dividers. Had a guy told me his wolf would brake his heaters but still not a aquarium tho.
