Not too familiar with the species but it definetly looks awesome. To me it just looks like a chinese algae eater but im pretty sure im wrong
Agreed on the garra.
The face isn't long enough to be a Chinese algae eater. And it can't be a hillstream loach because the hillstreams look like little miniature rays with their round, flat fins.

I stand corrected. Apparently there are a few hillstream loaches that have this type of body design.
