Approx 8 inches. Pellet trained, never fed live food. I have two but my one has grown about 4 inches larger and pushes him around a lot. He is an awesome fish and healthy but I just don't want to see him getting stressed out all of the time and pushed around. He needs someone who knows how to care for these large cats, not someone who is gonna put him in a 55g. Please know what you are getting yourself in to and let me know if you have any questions.
