Please help me out, let me know what kind of freshwater ray it is, it is female & about 7 inch, thank you in advange for your help.

Though I have not seen one this small before this ray looks like an example of whats been called a Colombian Flower ray, not to be confused with the true Flower we know" potamotrygon schroederi" which incidentally also originates from Colombia.
These rays are part of the Castexi complex or Falkneri as many would have us believe nowadays.

Do you know the country of origin?
