My Jardini arowana is swimming very oddly. It almost seems to be struggling. Its body is always at an angle, meaning its head is pointing up at the surface and tail towards the ground. And when it stops swimming it quickly begins sinking. Is this a swim bladder issue? How do I fix it?!

He's head up from 20 to 65 degrees. Then sometimes he spastically swims in corkscrews in one place and eventually levels out and stops swimming all crazy like.

lower your water level just abt whole body dipped ... add aeration n heater if necessary ... do not feed n watch for couple days
after treatment you could add water lvl bit by bit n see how it goes
hope it heals soon
