How do I do it? I've been researching the process, and i just want to keep little inverts, like shrimp and crabs.

Will I need a protein skimmer or a sump?

I know i need some Live Rock and sand.

I plan to filter the tank with an AC110 completely filled with liverock rubble, then I was thinking, 10-15lbs of LR in the tank, will this be enough? I wish i could get some pics of the tank itself so yall could give me some ideas on how i could set it up.

The golden rule, it's philosophy. Go check it out, it's the best way to set up any type of reef tank. That being said, you can NEVER go wrong with a skimmer, they make smaller sizes...but depending on the height of the tank only a bakpak might be able to fit. Which is still great...

the more LR the better, but i wouldn't push the bottom of the tank weight to it's limit.

If all you're doing is keeping inverts, then a HOB fuge and skimmer is pretty much all you'll need. As long as you keep up with water changes you won't need a sump either.
