Ny pair of retics have been eating live black worms only now since arriving in the LFS Aug 3. Apparently distributer only fed live black worms as well.

Its hard to acquire these worms where I live unless I buy in bulk. See how many of your spouses will let you keep live worms in your fridge.

So I've tried pellets (massivore), earthworms, frozen krill, and frozen blood worms. Neither one of them seem interested. I took a leap of faith and tried to hand feed my larger female. Nothing.

Anyone have any tips, tricks, or suggestions that I could use to coax these guys into switching food sources?

Soak your chopped earthworms with the black worms for awhile before feeding. My wife isn't a fan of smelly worms in the fridge either.

It costs me almost 70 to have them shipped for a pound that online costs 35.

Ill try the earthworms soaked in the blackworms tomorrow. If that works I'll try soaking krill and shrimp too.

My wife hates it, but it's even worse when your seven year old rips them out spilling them all over the floor because you used his old pencil box. -_-
