"Docket" and Pleadings from Legal Action (USPTO 91205893)

Howdy all,

I pulled the court docket and (almost) all of the pleadings. Due to the size and format of the files I've dropped them into a folder on my server.

Some of it is good reading, some will cure insomnia ;-) but I thought posting the info for the community might be helpful.

Fyi- nothing new filed in action as of today- in our case.

Looking at the fed trademark trial & appeal docket, i found a list of cases which ran over ten pages where monster beverage comp or one of its subsidiaries challenged someone trying to use anything that remotely resembled their trademark.

Odd, Word for word repeat of something I posted earlier (not listed as a quote) in two different threads.

....I'm sure this is a coincidence, but both Crown123 & Bestfriend joined very recently, have 1 post each, and little to no info in their profiles. I assume that any similarities between this and the recent postings of a spammer are also merely coincidence.
