It is rough, the tanks glass itself is good, few scratches, would have to really look to see them. Stand is rough though, planning on raising it or building a new one.
Picked her up for $400. At the moment she's a work in progress.

sweet ...$400 for a $500 gallon... would cost you a few thousand here in Australia lol...keep us posted...any plans on what the stock list is going to be yet?

Thinking i'm going to cut both legs top and bottom off, then weld on some new metal legs.
If not can someone give me a good Wooden stand template??
I would prefer wood over metal, just factoring in it would need to hold 1900L of water plus the 700L in a 6x2x2 sump underneath. The stand would need to hold all up around 3 ton.

Steel is far stronger than wood in most cases and i use it for almost all my stands....i dont think it looks bad at all. It needs a good coat of paint but y would u cut off all the legs? Are they rusted all the way through with holes?

Want to fit a 6x2x2 sump underneath, and its only about 400 high atm. The legs are fine to hold the weight only rust on the outside. And I think the metal coming up the side of the tank looks silly, so im going to cut the current legs off and weld more and longer legs on.
