Okay so my Tropheus is about 10 month old, they are about 2" size. They started showing breeding behavior few weeks ago and now I see one female holding eggs.

Is this normal at this early age? Is there any risk for the female to harm herself for too early breeding/egg holding.

Any recommendation on what should I do? Or just let it be?

Tank:

Size - 80 gal
20 Ikolas
Filtration - Fluval FX5
Temperature 27 C~
Feeding only on JBL brand food (min. amount of spirulina 40%)

A bit paranoid due to the fact that in the place I come from, It's hard to come by Ikolas and they cost a bit of money.. Plus its my first time with mouth brooding cichlids.. I have always sticked with Americans..

I researched on the web, and people only mentioned about breeding from 3" and/or 14 months. These fish are quite younger.
