Dosing Calcium for shrimp what kind, is Instant Ocean Calcium booster okay to add ?

Well I want to add some Calcium to the water Have RCS and want the best, also have Calcium sulphate I think it is also.

So which one?

i use seachem equillibrium. Its got a bunch of minerals in it.

I've read that Instant Ocean Calcium is ok to use but only 1/8 strength. It was on another forum, I can't vouch for its accuracy.
