What would you guys recommend for lighting I don't have a planted tank and was thinking maybe some LEDs?

Just got a marineland double bright led off craigslist for 80 bucks. I love em and I don't have plants. I got the 48 inches. Lights up my hundred gallon like no other

I would go LED if you can afford it. more options on display and last allot longer.

over time LED will pay for itself over florescent. watch craigs list, none of my tanks, lighting, filters were bought new.
