My hoses on my canister filter are covered inside. And I noticed its starting to come out of the spray bar. Should I clean them or would that cause to kill bacteria. Thanks guys

you can clean it if you want... since most of the BB will be in your filter and in the tank on any deco etc... so if its really annoying you or blocking your spray bar, then i would clean it...
