My family was the first family to buy and move in to a house on Nostrand Ave in Seldon. Nostrand was a dirt road with curbs installed. All the other homes were either just foundations and basements or partially framed out. There was only woods where Nostrand stopped up the hill and no homes built behind us yet. Behind us was just dairy farms and more woods.
