Hey guys looking for a Lima Shovel Nose Cat. I really need for this to be shipped to me as I am in Canada. I have two Trachycorystes trachycorystes.
Female is 12 inch and thick like a forearm and male is also thick but just a inch smaller than female at 11 inch. I would be willing to trade the two for a Lima shovel nose cat. Please if anyone knows where I can get one of these beautiful catfish let me know. thanks JayP

Hi I'm in canada also and my lfs Petland orders them in from aquatic imports maybe your lfs can order them from there also they are about 50 bucks retail hope this helps you

There is lots of cool fish on their order sheets that they won't bring in for their tanks but might custom order for u my buddy got limas ordered in last week not all fish stores offer this and if it's a large fish might ask for a pic of your setup

there kind of rare in LFS in Canada I just picked one up about 2 weeks ago , 3 incher for $20 im in Ontario though.

See if I could find one privately I would or could get to them to ship it or find a vendor. But Spencer doesn't have Lima nor have I seen them on his list.... I could be wrong lol As for showing my setup lol, Most of the store owners around where I live In Halifax Nova Scotia wouldn't bother to question me as they know my setups, so safe there :) 200 Gal,60gal and 25 going right now within this next 6 months aiming on a 8ft tank if all goes right. Oh yeah I also contacted Oliver at Below-water but he can only get me 20 at a time which is way way way too many lol. and Dragon-fish in B.C no luck yet. Any sites online you can order from, I seen Canadian aquatics but nothing there either :(
