Crenicichla ID

There is a crenicichla saxatilis and a crenicichla sveni--two different fish. They are both members of the saxatalis group, much like midas and red devils are both members of the amphilophus group.

almost all fish are colorful as adults. the question is, can you appreciate them?
do a google search, then click images. that way you can usually see multiple examples of the adult fish and will get a general idea of what their colors will be.
