Assuming a standard 75g, yes.

What are you looking to grow, and what is your substrate?
Yes standard 75g. Substrate is half new and half old play sand from established tank and a 7 pound bag of onyx sand by seachem in the mix. Plant wise, i am not sure of names but want to stick to anything thats easy to grow with the lights that i have.

Would 2 4ft ecolux w/starcoat f32t8 32w sunshine bulbs be able to grow low to medium light plants in a 75 gall.

Used a single 2' on 3' tank & it was fine with low to medium plants. However for substrate sand is good but you should mix a little larger grain gravel in it so the roots can absorb nutrients!
