Im just not sure how you will clean those corners...

Im guessing a towel soaked in vinegar and left around it may help? But just not sure if it will ruin the integrity of the silicone seals?

the guy did a sloppy job on resealing that side of the tank im gonna take all the silicone out and reseal it myself

Vinegar and a powerhead. Let it clean itself. You can buy a gallon of vinegar at the grocery for 3 bucks. I cleaned a nasty 150 with 4 gallons of vinegar, filled with water and let it circulate for 3 days. No work at all.
