Kept South Americans for years and they are a lot more personable, but my new African tank is sweet. Tons of color and movement. Also easier upkeep and feeding schedule.

I too am slowly making a switch from new world to tropheus and petros!! Petros obtain large sizes and have beauty colors along with personalities!
I just like the fact of alot of fish in one tank doing alot of interesting things!
Still keeping one or two of my staple New worlds though!
But Tropheus and Petros is where its at for me right now!
