So i purchased a new (second hand) fibreglass tank for pretty cheap this week and have big plans for it, but im also open to advice and opinions on how to modify and set this beast up! This will be the thread i keep updated with everything involved in this tank.

Anyways to the specs, (i measure everything in Metric but i will also include imperial for everyone else)

Inside measurements (LxWxH):
2830x2140x1200mm or otherwise pretty close to 9.3x7x4 in feet

Volume of this is roughly:
7481 Litres or 1979 Gallons

So the idea behind this to start with is clean the beast out, cut out the pvc that is not needed and re glass to cover holes and i will be installing viewing windows to the front and all the new plumbing will be done via bulkheads. Now you know my plans and see some pics im open to discussion/advice/opinions lol.

PS. not me in the pic lol was a mate that towed it home for me

This will literally have young bullsharks in it to cycle the tank lol, after that it will be home to my big cats

Wow how many guys did it take to move that thing?
its not as heavy as you would think, i had bout 7 guys with me but it is easily movable with less. I have moved glass tanks that are heavier with less people
