If you are talking about root tabs. fertilizer I would.say absolutely not! They would probably dig them up.

Well I would say if you have a awesome planted tank I wouldn't add rays. What kind of plants do you have? Seems kinda risky!

I dump seachem flourish on my ray tank to boost my anubias to grow. It is attached on a mangrove root so the rays can't bother them up. if it's planted on the substrate, I think you need to evaluate your plans as they wreck anything on the floor.
