i was cleaning my smaller tank out today and noticed something swimming/crawling around. it looks like some sort of insect larvae but im no expert. the tank has recently had blue lobster, redtail shark and bublee catfish. it is now home to my baby redtail catfish, silver arowana and motoro stingray. as soon as i found it i took it out. pics below.

damselflies are pretty much small dragonflies and most people call them dragonflies... I could probably catch a thousand of them in my pond if it wasnt frozen...

That's right, i forgot that damselflies are dragonflies. I call them dragon flies. :)

I thought these were quite dangerous to fish? Though..probably not a threat to the fish you have ^^'
