I would say someone who wanted to repair it shouldn't have a problem paying $1.00 per gallon. Its not that hard to do, You just have to buy the replacement glass, some razor blades, and silicone. And little work, got a nice tank again.
I would love to have a tank this size.

Lay new glass panel appropriate thickness on top of cracked one and silicone in place and seal edges our do a plywood bottom sealed with water proof material and after removing glass base panel cut plywood to outside tank size and silicone it imo

Might get $150 from a reptile guy, we are a very cheap bunch since we can make cages out of wood easy no need to buy expensive glass tanks.

However if you want the tank repair is not too bad, and I am sure you can find a place local to do it for you. Hit up the DC aquarium club I know there are quite a few large tank guys in that club that can help you out.

Might be worth $150-200
It'd be one thing if the tank just leaked from the seams.
A cracked tank is a new ball game.
I've bought a few leaking tanks over the years to repair(180-300gal) and never paid more than $.75/gal.
Granted, nowadays I'd just skip out on buying used.
