I'm looking to find a male albino cat shark. I know they are not the easiest to find but figured I'd see if any one one here may know of some one or somewhere that has them. I am experienced with sharks looking because want one for a mate for my female black banded

Chris had (has?) a Chiloscyllium plagiosum (not to be pompous, but scientific names keep everyone on the same page) for sale. I expect it would be easier to get his and get a mate for it than to keep your C. punctatum. Here is his albino-esque (not sure what you would call this morph) C. plagiosum: http://www.benthicsharks.ca/epaulette-sharks/ (all the way at the bottom)

That's what I was talking about. I would imagine that if he has that, im sure he could probably have a banded. but I can't say for sure.
