As a lot of you know I recently added floor time (ceramic) to my 200 gallon aquarium. I have since than changed a few more things to accomplish what I believe to be the perfect setup for my Stock.
I have got black air lines to help hide and look nicer along with running those lines under the tie. I changed out my 5 inch bubble pads for round ball like bubblers which make much larger bubbles to aid in
agitating the water surface. My FX5 have been plumbed to my tank, I have two ports with PVC pipe. One for intake and one for output. Intake is pointed down on and angle facing furthest away. My output is is almost facing the whole way up but with a slight angle, thus really moving the water surface and just about breaking it. And last off i have my Hydor Powerhead on the end of my tank far away from the intake and aiming at the bottom. Great flow of water along with the flow, my tank is super clean as well :) here s quick vid.
