The back is painted and a bit worn out and the front is a bit rough. I have a agreement with the owner of the store where all supplies and equipment for the tanks I install and maintain all over Chicagoland (not necessarily personal) will be purchased from his store and he gives me a discount so I suppose I might be able to work him down in price a bit. I didn't have time to look it over too well but I did notice an area the size of a CD pretty scratched up front and center so what would be a good price and a Max price be?
