Plastic containers for a grow out ?

They make great grow out tanks. I keep the lids on the container to keep their shape so they don't bow. I cut a large opening in the lid for easy access and use a sheet of lexan to cover the opening.

Nice ..do you think they could have any poison chemicals once the water and the heat(84) is in there

I've done ich treatment with 84f in the plastic containers for over 3 weeks without issue. I've recently switched over to using a Coleman cooler since those retain heat better.

Wet/dry filters are made from these things. They average of cost is from 12-18 dollars..........I use a 32 gallon plastic container...............I like the plastic 3-drawer comtainer.............
